Appointments can be made by phone (520.795.1316) during regular office hours.

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–12:00pm & 1:00pm–5:00pm

Friday: 7:00am–12:00pm

Cancellation Policy

Patients are required to give 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Multiple missed appointments may result in a missed appointment fee.
